OH man thats only a figure of speech!!! They call it chicken breast as it's the meatiest part of the chicken.

The 'breast' is the area of the anatomy - the fact human women have their 'breasts' there comes from that.
A chicken-and-egg situation! Women grew/grow breasts from their breasts!
Therefore, a 'breastless' (too avoid using 't-tless' or 'boobless'!)chicken/turkey/whatever still has a 'breast'!
