Then she is mad at you and is trying to hurt you for what ever she thinks you have done to her! What better way to hurt someone or get back at them or cause them to react than to go against them in the worst way possible by becoming close to their worst enemy. That is a low hit. Dirty pool. A big SLAP in the face! It is without a doubt her manner to get back at you and cause a reaction or response out of you. You now have the choice to respond or to ignore it and thus give it no power at all.

She doesn't sound like much of a friend to me. True friendship would include you in additional friendships. I'm assuming you're a teenager, so I'll tell you that friendships change as we go through life, and at no time do friendships change like they do while we're in school. Girls especially can be rough. So, if your so-called "best friend" has dumped you, you probably need to move on, and find a new friend, someone who won't dump you for the next more popular person. And remember that this stage of life doesn't last forever. Best of luck to you!

Nothing, everybody doesn't have the same taste in food, people or clothing you don't own your friends so hang out with someone else and agree to disagree on the people you choose to hang out with and make it clear that when she/he is hanging out with your not so favorite person to let you know up front so you can make other plans or you can try to see what she/he sees in the person you don't like you may like them after all.

Been there done that it all blows over after awhile just give them a shot and you may like them too.

Sit down and talk to her/him about it. Tell them how you feel. Listen openly to them.
