I would like to see anyone accosiated with Harry's parent's past. For instance, if he could meet anyone who could tell him some key information about their past that could help him and the Order of Phoenix. I WOULD prefer it to be female because we already know so much about Jame's friends and it would be interesting to know about Lily's. If perhaps they knew something so insignificant yet so important it would be great to read about Harry discovering the meaning. It could be a riddle written by them or something of the sort. Even an old item that they had such as an old shoe box that had memories in them. There's a lot you can learn from photographs!

i don't think i really want a new character. this is going to be the last book so you wouldn't get to know the character very well. i am a huge harry potter fan and i just don't want to see the series end. also jk Rowling said that tumbledown won't be coming back. i would hate see harry dies too. but back to the question, i don't think that any knew characters should be added.

i want Sirius to come back.. but as for an altogether new character... mmm i suppose a new ghost, a castle ghost that can tell mc gonagall some of Dumbledore's secrets.. but then again maybe there is a portrait in his office that does that.... so i guess i want peeves to have a girlfriend! something good has to happen what with all that killing going on...

I agree that I don't think they should introduce a new main character. I think that anybody from James and Lily's past would be interesting. I would also like to see Dumbledore either come back alive or maybe as a ghost. I think a ghost Dumbledore would be interesting.

I would like to see a student who seems good and joins the DA and tells their parents who are all for the dark lord but harry feels weird around them but Hermione knows that he/she is a good student and would never suspect something like that from him/her.
i want to be hooked on this book when I'm reading it just like the others. i think jk Rowling will do that.
BUT MOST OF ALL I WANT DUMBLEDORE TO COME BACK and serious.

in accordance to the prophesy Harry or Voldemort might want to ought to die. you may no longer stay at the same time as the different survives. See because it type of feels imposable to kill both off this can be a conflict for history.
