He's alive and know predator drones can recognize his face so if he goes out in daylight he's probably dressed like a woman. If he's alive or dead does not make much difference as far as the war goes, but it would be great to liberate him from a cave and lock him in a jail cell.Probably he's in between Pakistan and China in teh mountains, moving to wherever he is safe and supervising terrorism, civil war and the poppy harvest, (while Afghan people starve for lack of food). The mistake was not dropping a daisy cutter on the Taliban assembly after 9/11 when they gathered to discuss whether or not to turn Bin Laden over to the USA. But we have to do things diplomatically and wait for the ninnys in the UN to decide what is best for them first.

Bin Laden is a smoke screen to make the American people think that Bush is after the bad guys.

I'm sure he is still alive. He can afford the best medical care in the world. As for receiving treatment, most of the middle east has no problem with him and would not even mention it if he stopped in for dialysis or botox injections.
