You're perfectly fine. You're actually under weight and that's unhealthy. You should be at least 120 lbs. It sounds like you're having low self esteem, something common in most girls your age. I would advise you to start working out more, do not run all the time. Too much cardio is bad for you and you will not get good results. If you try Pilates, it really works. It's helps you lean out and get muscle tone. Also, do not expect changes over night. You're a beautiful young women who is maturing.

thats how my daughter Camiele is she is 5'4 13 and 102 she looks skinny but she got some meat. You dont need to loose weight be happy with yourself but if you want a change try Lean Cuisine and you will be all good. Im trying that now and thats the only thing i eat and I'm losing pounds because I started at size 24 and now I'm a 16 and I'm been eating for about 3 months. Good Luck

Although all body types are different, it sounds like you are very underweight. The healthy weight for the average girl your age is 100lbs for 5', and 5 lbs for ever additional inch. By that scale, a healthy weight for you is around 120lbs. Obviously everyone has different body types and you should definitly get your doctor's professional opinian, I think it's highly unlikely you need to lose any weight.

if u really want to lose weight, exercise at least 20 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week on a regular basis and eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible. it will increase your chance of balanced diet. start your breakfast with cereal/milk and drink a lot of water; i recommend you to drink water 7-8 glasses per day. Not only it will keep you healthy but it will also help you to lose weight. Your weight is actually fine but if you still think that it's too chubby for you, then follow my suggestions. thnx. be safe and healthy.

Okay, so I'm 14 100 pounds and I'm 5'4". I'm fine at my weight. I have friends who think I'm under weight. They are shorter than me, and they weigh more than me. Truthfully, I would like to weigh more than what I do.

As per your age and height ratio-weight is okay for you.You just need to workout ( a daily exercise program).Use your weaker hand first to lift any weight or to start up a work.Bend at your knees and keep the trunk of your body straight,fighting the natural tendency to arch the spine.Balance everything in your life.

you dont need to loose weight, maby jus try n tone up, excersize to tone your body. but you sereously do not need to LOOSE weight, thats a fine weight for your hight if you loose to much weight you will look like a skeleton and that is sooo unatractive and looks grose, and also unhealthy!

you are skinny enough. please do not go by the look of hollywood. everybody is different, and being 2 inches taller than me and the same weight, you probally look like a skelaton too.
that is what every one calls me. so go ahead and eat some ben and jerrys. it will make you feell better.
