i meditate it is a good way to releive tention if u start to get impatient just breath and count backwards from 10-0 it helps me...trust me i have 2 kids its hard to be patience sometimes

Count to 10. Or count as long as it takes to calm your temper down.
Or walk away. The best thing to do is to walk away and then don't even think about coming back until your temper is uinder control.

stop yourself before you say or do anything nasty. take a deep breath and count to 10. breathe in and out.
