The wish that nothing else will go wrong in this old house I live in, until I can get a mortgage loan in order to fix it (probably this spring). So far I have had to rip out a leaking shower and sink (in two separate bathrooms). My kitchen sink is only being held in place by a couple of strategically placed 2 X 4's. And I just had to spend $367.82 to have the furnace motor replaced (with a used one).

The only thing on my Christmas List is that my Boyfriend make it through to the new year. He is dying of terminal Cancer including cancer of the brain.
That is all I want for Christmas.

Honestly.....some nice stories on the news rather then so much heartache and tragedy. I think it brings most people down.
