Some would say that, strictly speaking, the answer is "no one!"

Ulysses S Grant and his wife, Julia, are "entombed" there in an above-ground mausoleum. If one is distinguishing they might say "buried" has to mean covered with dirt or under the ground.

(But, in fact, it is perfectly acceptable to include someone placed in a mausoleum/vault as "buried" See:
