It is a way to transfer money online without sharing personal information. You deposit money into an online account and transfer from there... a way to make sure a stranger you're online trading with does not receive your banking info. At its basis, it is supposedly the best way to transfer money online. It has its quirks but it is also very popular... often most preferred method of payment on websites like eBay.
It is free if you use it to buy. If you use it to sell there is a fee.

Paypal is a way to bay for things on line with out giving someone your credit card number. Only paypal has your card number and they just transfer the money. Paypal is owned by eBay but other places accept payments from them. I have been using Paypal for 6 years and have never had a problem with them. But you have to watch out for other people trying to send spam that looks like it's from Paypal. Never ever click on a link from a paypal e-mail asking for your user name, password or any other personal information. If you do that Paypal should be ok

I use ebay a lot but, I stay away from paypal. I have had a lot of people tell me their bad experinces with paypal. I don't recommend it. I have done ebay for 7 yrs. now.

paypal is like a progam wer u register and wen u go to websites it says to use paypay in paypal is like an account were u hav money not really but like and wen u want to donate to a website or buy something on ebay u use that and they wont hav any personal information

Palpall is a site that bussiness uses for payments. for example at ebay when you buy something you put your credit card number in and then you actually buy it and conferm it. ect. PayPall takes the money from your account and then puts it into the other persons account.

You need to stay away from Paypal,it's been riddled with scams and ripoffs.
