What is PalTalk Messenger?

Its on my new comouter and its using alot of space but I dont know if I need it? I use Yahoo Messenger so should I remove PalTalk Messenger?

It is a program where you use your pc to talk to someone anywear inthe world as long as they have the same program .
I use yahoo's program works great

PalTalk is where someone talks into a camara and uploads it to a computer for other users to use.
i.e. A professor is kind enough to record his lecture and upload it on paltalk. The sick student could then log on to paltalk and view the lecture he missed.
