First go to control panel and click on internet options. Then you will see browsing history hit the delet button and it will tell you the ones you can delete like cookies, history and files. This works well to get rid of them.

I don't know what version windows you have. On mine, I right click on the big blue e on my desktop, and up comes a panel that says internet properties. Click on delete cookies. After that, click delete temporary interenet files, and you'll free up alot of space on your computer.
