few minutes the "spot" owner showed up and you were in the passenger seat waiting for owner of the car to come back...and the spot owner kept honking his horn and making a fuss, then decided that he was going to move the vehicle himself and let himself in the car and started it up and moved it...how pissed off would be???
Isnt this breaking and entering???

I mean he could have parked somewhere lese for a small bit.

Your friend was breaking the law!! And I wonder why you didnt offer to move the car yourself??? Probably because you are really rude, and so is your friend. The man should have just called the police on you and made sure you were written a ticket!

[1] Why not use your brain, hop out of the passenger seat and move the car for the juvenile who parked it in the illegal space in the first place, and

[2] what in the H*LL does this have to do with marriage & divorce? Did the parking place run-in lead to a divorce? Amazing.

How would you like it if someone was parked in your parking spot with your name on it? They don't know how long you are going to be there. Should never have parked there in the first place!!! That is a private parking spot, stay out of them and you won't have those problems. That is kind of like parking in the handy cap parking. I have seen people park there....they weren't going to be but a second, but here comes a handy cap person and no where to park!

are you licensed? hey it is his spot..and to avoid some minor inconvenience for themselves your owner inconvenienced the rightful owner of the spot..why pray tell have you any right to be pissed? you sat in his spot unresponsive as I guess from the question...personally I would have blocked you in "MY" spot and called for a tow..thus he would avoid his unlawful ?? actions... and why should he have to park somewhere lese? other than his moving your owners car there was no way to know if he was handicapped or some other special reason for the SPOT being assigned to him.... I say your owner displayed a rude presumption of being superior to others and was in fact the wrong doer in this situation!

Yes that is illegal for him to do. He cannot move someones vehicle without permission. Its actally more of a crime to do that than to park in a designated spot. Your friend made a parking violation. The other guy could be charged with auto theft, posession of stolen property, kidnapping (if you wanted to press the issue) and a whole lot of other things.
The best thing you could have done is to taken the keys from the ignition and refused to let him have them. If he touched you, he could have been arrested and charged for assault and battery as well as theft of the keys and the vehicle.
Lock your doors from now on. It may as well have been a mugger seeing an easy mark if he got into the vehicle. He could have done a lot worse than move your friends car!!!!

Why were you parked there in the first place? Why didn't you do the mature thing and move the car? Why do you have to play the victim and complain about someone else when you and the car shouldn't have been there in the first place....? You were wrong, they shouldn't have moved the car...you should have moved the car...let it go.

That's awful! That's like someone coming into your house uninvited. In that case it would be breaking and entering so I don't see why not for a car.
Just curious though...why didn't you move the car? Are you not allowed to drive yet?
Back to the unbelievable person....I wouldn't just be pissed, I would have been SCARED if I were you! I mean a total stranger got in the car and moved it?!

If, as you say, he could have parked somewhere else, then you could have parked somewhere else in the first place. I agree with the other poster, don't do wrong then try and play victim.

Pissed would not be the word for it. I would have said something to the person, or just moved the car myself. Some people are so rude and impatient.

You could have called the cops and have him arrested for entering that vehicle without permission, no matter where you had parked that person did not have the right to do so.
