I have a 5 month old, and disinfectant/antibacterial spray is pretty expensive.. like diapers and formula don't cost enough?? So what is the ratio of bleach to water to use as a disinfectant/antibacterial?

I mix up a gallon of water with 1/4 cup of bleach for cleaning my kennel and you could try that for your cleaning. Bleach is a great cleaner for everything. I even have a mist bottle filled with 1/2 water and 1/2 bleach and we mist our shower everytime we take a shower to help with cleaning it and for germs.

You have a lot of answers to pick from.

I would say if you mixed from 1/4 to 1/2 cup to a gallon of water
you would be OK.

If you use a little stronger mix when you wipe up things you can just rinse the area a little with fresh water.

If you are using it in the washing machine things get rinsed so you don't need to be to exact.

I think that 150ppm (parts per million) is adequate - it is the max for food service applications on eating surfaces. Bleach burns aren't fun at all. I wouldn't use more than a capful per gallon which will put you there easily.
