One evening I was outside and in the sky I could see the exact line division between day and night right over my head. On one side you could see the blue skies while on the other it was as dark as it would be at night. But the odd thing is that it was as if there was a perfect line seperating the two so explicitly.

Has anyone else ever experienced/seen this

Wow. No, I've never seen anything like that. I think the Earth's atmosphere usually blurs the line, although on planets without an atmosphere there's normally a sharp division. I have no idea what happened that night.

There is no line anywhere in the sky. but all those who think that they see it, can / do see it . Since seeing is the charqcter of the mind and since the mind can imagine anything , it can see things that are not present and if some one says tha he sees somehng th no one is able to see , he is not lying as i is his mind that sees it ,I will be ture that others do not see it also .
The mind sees things that do not exist and does not see those that actually exist .

very wierd....I don't have scientific explanation...but in Quran there is such a reference wherein it says God has put signs in nature wherein Human can find clear demarcation line between two completely contradictory things.....There are water current in the ocean where you have hot and cold current divided by sharp line....There are place (like Lake Tahoa between California and Nevada) wherein color of the water sharpely changes...
