The first one is 'Christmas is the Time to Say I Love You' by Billy Squier
The last one is 'Jingle Bell Rock' by Hall & Oates
I really can't figure out those two short ones after Christmas Wrapping.

Yikes those are tough! Are they supposed to be current songs, maybe like Top 40? Or are they like completely random holiday songs?
