Antifederalists in Pennsylvania wrote that " the powers vested in Congress by this Constitution must necessarily annihilate absorb the legislative, executive, and judicial powers of the several states." Did this prediction come true? Please explain your answer.

It has not yet happened, It would take too many changes to absorb the three government parts. It may have been more possible back then, but today it would have a very strong effect on the power and earnings of all the legislators.
