No it can not be used with the OS10 tiger that is the OS for the new Mac's with the intel duo core processor. The windows media player for MAC requires a patch called stuffit which is not compatable with OS10 Tiger
.
Flip4Mac is a plugin for Quick Time that will alow you to view WMA video files in the Safari browser. If you want to play WMA audio or edit them you need to get the upgrade from the free Flip4Mac to the pro cost around $100.00 and you still won't be able to play the protected WMA content..
As an alternitive you can download parallels and Install Windows which has windows media player imbeded in it,on your MAC duo-core processor and can switch back and forth between the two operating systems. http://www.parallels.com/en/products/desktop/

Are you people living under a rock of some sort? YES. You can play Windows Media on a Macintosh. Flip4Mac DOES work with OS X "Tiger". I happen to have two computers running Mac OS X "Tiger" and both of them work just fine with Flip4Mac.

i love the Zune extra efficient, yet that is my opinion. you should bypass to a keep and attempt them both out for your self, because there might want to be something you want about one which you don't like about the different. I were given my Zune for $one hundred.00 (30 GB) for the time of Black Friday. reliable luck!
