I Have A Kyocera "Oystr", It Says That It Is Capible Of Receiving "Superphonic" Ringtones. It's My Work Phone, And Since They Don't Give You That many Options When It Comes To "Wallpapers And Ringtones", I'd Like To Download Something Cool But Free!!

Make your own.

For pics edit the size of your favorite pics and send it over. See below for some sending options.

Before doing this find out what format your ring tones are in. Mine are mp3 if yours is something I am sure you can find a free program to change a mp3 to your format. For ring tones all you need is a simple mp3 editor, the songs you already have on your computer, and a little time. Load up your song on the editor. I use the creative sound editor that came bundled with my sound card. Find 30 seconds or so of your favorite song and cut it out. Save the new piece and send it to you phone.

Can be done in 4 ways.
My phone came with a computer cord for transfers. Connect your phone and send it over.

If you have blue tooth on your computer it is even easier . Partner up and send it over.

My tones are on my extended memory card. If you have one take out the card and add the tones to the card via a card reader.

The site 3gupload.com can offer you a locker service for free. You can upload pics ,tunes, games to your locker then surf to the site on your phone. You can download it ota.

Hope this helps. I know this is a lil work but sometime you have to work harder to get things for free.
