An egg can be fertilized with the sperm of a fairly closely related species in a lab or AI . The resulting embryo will self destruct if the species are not related close enough.
For an example, fertilizing a turkey egg with quail sperm. The theory is that the embryo dies after it immune system develops and destroys itself. A chicken and turkey cross will often live.
I would guess a lab somewhere in the world has tried to fertilize chimpanzee eggs with human sperm. Chimpanzee would be related closest to humans. I have never heard of chimp people walking around so the answer is no.

Not unless the animal you are impregnating is a human, no.

Cross species fertilization doesn't happen in the real world. It's one of the ways you can tell if two similar animals are closely related or not (for example, horses, donkeys and ***'s - there is limited interbreeding among them, and some wont breed at all - they are at the cusp of becoming too far apart genetically to interbreed).

Simply put to you; unless species are not that variant, no. The sperm of one animal must broach the egg of the recipient animal. The sperm must have a chemical " code " to " unlock " the eggs defense, or it will kill too foreign sperm type.

Yes, it has happened, the sheep is the only animal I know of. The lamb is born with patches of skin instead of wool and is deform. That is why it is against the law to have sex with animals.
