It's called pre-c-u-m and it might contain some sperm but not as much as a actual climax.

Not sure what you are asking, but the pre-ejaculate fluid that comes out first is designed to chemically balance the vagina and cervix, so that the sperm in the actual ejaculate will have a better chance of surviving long enough to fertilize the egg. So it does have a different chemical composition.

they say that precum contains more sperm than the actual semen itself. whether thats true or my mom just told me to scare me outta having sex i dunno lol :D
