Shes having an over load of hormons. Right now I bet you shes blaming you for putting this thing in her body that she feels is distroying everything around her including her body. SometimesI love my babys dad and the next min I wnt to kill him and I hope to never see him again. The sight of him can literally make me sick. It just depends how I am feeling. Believe me if shes anything like me shes gonna be this way until the baby is born most likely. Pretty much kiss her ***....but not in a way that she can tell b/c it will piss her off. Buy her flowers tell her shes beautiful. Buy her something for the baby. Cuddle with her. Get her whatever food she wants. Remember don't poke the lion!!! Stick by her through this. You wouldn't believe how mean I am at times but I never mean it. I feel psychotic. I'm a really nice person too. I do my best to not hurt anyones feelings. I cry when I watch movies and yes this was even before.

Women's chemical make-up changes drastically during pregnancy; she is nesting right now. This means she is evaluating whether or not you are capable to support her child and may become irrational, angry, and upset. She also might be realizing that getting pregnant before she has gotten to do the things she wanted to do in her life was really not well-thought-out.
I hope you can make it, but it doesn't look like it. My only suggestion is to talk to an attorney to see what rights you have as a father. I am assuming you are married to her, which will allow you some protections. If you two aren't married? Perhaps marrying her next week might help and will again guarantee you have some protections as this baby's father.
If you are both religious, consider going to your minister or pastor for counseling on what to do regarding this pregnancy.

money isn't everything. if you can manage with just one job then that's what you should do. she probably doesn't like the fact that you are working all of the time. my husband was gone for the first month and a half after i found out i was pregnant because of work and i hated it. i didn't want him to miss out on any of the pregnancy. even though he was making a lot of money i would rather have had him at home making less money. so that's what he did.
i really needed him around for the support and affection. and to help out because i was so sick everyday, all day for the first trimester.
plus her hormones are probably going crazy. this is normal and it happens to all of us. i was really mean to my hubby sometimes while i was pregnant. but during my sane moments i apologized and told him to bear with me, that my body is going through changes and i can go through a full range of emotions in like two minutes.
give her all the love and support that she needs and do what you can to keep her comfortable.

Maybe you know why she feels this way. She is pregnant so expect feelings to fo crazy. But, is there a reason she is saying specific things? Anyways, just keep doing what you are now, go to others for support during this emotional time for you and her. Afterall, she is carrying your baby, and your trying all you can to show to support your child. You will be okay. Just remember, that your doing the best, so is she. And if you think you can do more, then do it. Every women can relate to what im saying, she does appreciate you, she just feels like crap right now, and your there to make her feel better!!! Smile at her!! It's contagious!!

She's not "strange" she is pregnant. It's hormones they mess with everything in the body including the emotions. And of course she is stressing, she is going to be giving life to another human and she wants everything to be perfect. I so wish men could get pregnant, carry to term and have NATURAL childbirth just ONCE in their lives maybe then they would have a better understanding of just what it is to carrying another human being around for 10 months. and then shove it out that tiny hole!

Honey i am sorry to say it is the evil pregnant women talking (hormones) you just have to roll with the punches my partner did when i was pregnant with my first. Once he understood that is was my hormones and not me talking he just started to block somethings out. Don't take everything that she says to heart she still loves you, her body is doing some really weird stuff to her right now so just be cool and things will start to cool down soon.

live with it .. it will probably pass when she isn't pregnant. I was so bad that my husband and I slept in different rooms both times I was pregnant. Then later I would cry and cry knowing I had been mean but then turn around and do it again.
