I was getting ready to go in the cold in my job cause theres this ice show....so we rotate and all of a sudden as i was getting my hat and mits chatting a little with this girl when i asked it from her...my coworker pats my neck/back area pretty hard and i smiled and he was like u gotta go...and it didnt seem like he was happy at all...like it didnt injure me but it was pretty hard clap...and he didnt even smile about it? should i report him?

If it made you feel uncomfortable then I think that you should first discuss it with him.

I think he got quite frustrated or irritated waiting for you. And that was his way of letting it out.
Next time he does it again tell him you dont like it and if he still does clap you about, then tell your boss or whoever's in charge and get yourself a new partner.

tell him that it disturbed you and if his answer is unsatisfactory tell his or yor boss
