Literature is supposed to develop or enhance human beings to reach their full potential for the sake of the Humanities and Social Scienes, as evidenced in colleges/universities worldwide where they need to establish such the Faculty/School hundreds of years ago. In brief, the hearts and the minds are as equally important as the physical bodies which need educating, developing and nurturing for high quality graduates to serve the nation and mankind.
