NO WAY JOSE! I've seen it before, I won't even watch it again! It scared the heck outta me! I watched it at like 2:00 AM in the dark all alone... I was so scared I screamed and jumped back and tipped over backward with my chair! (I had accidentally turned the volume all the way up, thinking maybe their was music in the background... the scary face popped out and screamed and it was really REALLY loud which explains why I got so scared.)

Yes it is...funny but not for someone with a heart condition or little kids...it sent my kid screaming and crying first time he saw that.
