I wasn't nearly as close

I should have been there
You deserved more
But instead of loving you forever
I showed you to the door

My reasons still seem right
We have our lives to live
Why settle down so young

Yea, sorry to hear you're cutting this gal loose but lol. As far as the lyrics go pretty good except for the first stanza, where you put, "laugh and [something bleaped out]. Why not just go with, " laugh and love."

The lyrics are good except for the *bleeped* part, your overall lyrics don't fit with um vulgar slang... Nice lyrics.
