How Do I Add People To My 360 Friends List?

You can go to their 360, and click the plus sign in the left hand column under their pics, it generates an automataic email inviting them, you can add something if you want to, then hit send. They'll respond (or not, some don't) by accepting or denying your friend request.

it's not stupid because i don't know how to take photos from my p.c to answers and questions ,..,.,.,.,..,
