If the hymen is intact you can prove virginity, but some women are born without a hymen or lose it accidents or during exercise.
Virginity is important, but there's no reason to stigmatize men or women who have had sex (90-95% of American adults). I was 22 when I gave up my v-card.

This statement of the famous Indian film star (Unmarried) is an absolute personilised statement. She must be refering to herself and generalising the issue.
I know many actresses who have slept with their producers, directors and even with their co actors to get famous. And even their are many extras who denies to do so and remain as extras.
Simply one should not buy the statement of the said famous actresses and conclude that all are virgins or not. One should not measure every one in their own balance.
If you ask any girl if she is a virgin or not, she will always say yes. And there is no method that you can know the result unless you have a medical test, which no doctor does.

Why is your question so biased towards virginity of girls? Isn't having a healthy loving relationship with your partner more important than being bothered about a useless membrane in her body?
Her past would be her past. That should in no way be your concern.
And answering your question. There is no way that you can know.. except take her for her word and trust her.

Get a person who would be a credible and authoratative witness, like a gyecologist or doctor, who would perform a physical examination of the woman and through this, she could say whether the girl is a virgin or not.

Good question. For a guy you really can't do any test , that I know about, to determine if he has intercourse. For a female, minus masturbation, a physician can detect if her hyman is in tact. For the most part this means she is a virgin. If she has had sex and the hyman is in tact, the male may have had a small penis or the hyman is really up there.

Does it really matter if your mate is a virgin? If it does can you really have a loving and trusting relationship? You can't change any ones past. A relationship should be based on the present and the future.

If the guy you are with does not believe you, then obviously he doesn't trust you and isn't worth being with in the first place. If you still want to be with him, tell him this and see his reaction, after all, all relationships must be based on trust from the very beginning.

I don't think it should be anybody's business who is a virgin or who isn't.It doesn't matter.Whether she is married or not.
Is it important if a man is a virgin before marriage? Not in this culture.
When you bond with someone ,the past is the past. It's now you and your partner.

If your feelings are pure and your love for him is true, you are always a virgin for him even if you had had sex 1000 times before with different guys.

Now people are putting back hymen so I think hymen test is not a foolproof one. Moreover why the fuss. Why bother about virginity when you yourself isn't one...do unto others as you wish it done unto you (something like that)
