I guess it depends on your own definition of a "good thing"..In my opinion most things considered good have a down side that can be a danger if a person does overdo it,such as alcohol, drugs, chocolate etc...I think you have to experience a bad side effect in order to know your limits,& its ultimately up to you to know if your willing to stop it at a certain point if you are to experience it a second time..For those who avoid any temptations,I salute their strong will power & common sense..=)

- You start to take advantage.
- You lose real appreciation for the "good thing".
- You start to seek something more because you'll eventually get tired of it.
- You fear the good thing because you think it may leave.
- You cling on far too much in fear it'll fade out but with this clinginess, it'll leave.

Familiarity breeds contempt. The very quality that made it so good in the beginning will turn into what you despise most in the end.

You could get really addictive and it could be a problem in your day to day activities and life, or you could get so sick of it that you wouldn't want to ever do it again!

1) You may forget how good it is and begin to take it for granted.
2) You may begin to crave variety.
3) You may lose your taste for it (whatever it is).
4) You may treat it shoddily and disrespect it.

*Good things need bad things so we remember how good we've got it.
