I know they can be found at these locations...
Safari Turkey @ Disney's Animal Kingdom Park (near Kilimanjaro Safaris)
Toluca Legs Turkey Company @ Disney-MGM Studios (not sure of exact location within the park, I think near the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror)
The Lunching Pad @ the Magic Kingdom (Tomorrowland)
Avalunch @ Blizzard Beach
Surf Doggies @ Typhoon Lagoon
They can probably be found somewhere at EPCOT, too. I'd assume somewhere in Future World, not at the World Showcase.
Hope I could help!

Magic Kingdom usually has a cart over by Liberty Square and MGM Studios sells them in the fast food area by Tower of Terror.

They are at all the parks and they are not huge just regular legs from a 10-12 pound turkey.Turkey leg is the cheapest meat around,Americans eat white meat poultry and the dark meat is shipped overseas.I read about America dumping cheap dark meat poultry in India and they had a protest where they burned a giant chicken leg in effigy.
The turkey legs are precooked and just reheated, little labor is needed so the profit margin is great. They are fatty so they can sit around all day and not dry out, they are very salty also which keeps them from growing bacteria.Animal Kingdom smells like barbeque and is covered in pavement and there are no bugs around to land on your food just like the real outback.
