Ok well I need some girl help between the ages 11-16
Ok well im 11 and Im always sad and disapointed becuase my looksbother me alot I have very nice eyes and I know that becuase poeple told me they change color.I have huge bags and there red under and over my eyes becuase I go to bed late. My eyebrows are VERY fury and bother me becuase of a dumb thing I dun 3 years ago wich causes my brow hair to pop out even more and Im my STOMACH is fat . I dont wanna go on a diet I just eat too much and Im taking gymnastics soon so im not sure. And Yes this stuff bothers me alot and I cant handle it and im going through puberty and this kinda suff comes to mind. And I cant study or anything becuase I know this bothers me and this is anoying and why are these people starring at me and why am I so fat and why is she so pretty and skinny so nice. Well can you help me out a bit with some tips please no Its not the time to worry about it becuase It BOTHERS me so please help thanks

Hi,
Just a few tips to maybe help you out that you could check out. Growing up and especially going through puberty is hard. Especially if you follow the impossible glamourized looks of supermodels. If you thik your eyes are something you you like about your looks then define them. If you wear make-up, only wear eyeliner on the top lash, eyeliner on top and bottom sometimes makes your eyes look smaller than they are. Also if you're concerned about redness around your eyes, there is a make up that has no chemicals and its actually good for your skin called Bare Minerals. It is sold on television and internet. Its a bit expensive, but lasts a long long time and has natural spf in it. If you've never plucked your eyebrows and think they are too thick, get someone like an older friend or your mom to show you how to do it right. It is painful and has to be repeated often though. If you're unhappy about your weight, first remember that most of the famous people who are beautiful have had surgeries and personal trainers, and most of time an eating disorder. If you don't want to try healthier foods, try drinking a full glass of water 15 minutes before each meal. Its healthy and will help you eat less and hydrate you at the same time. Though you're only 11 and you shouldn't worry about these things, I'm going to help you. You should work out. Do 100 crunches and 20 push-ups every day and night. Gymnastics will help. Do leg-ups [when you put you both your legs up evenly as far as you can while laying down and doing crunches]. All of this will help your stomach. Do NOT stop eating. Just balance your diet. Eat healthier. I work out everyday and I'm vegetarian. I'm also a Pro Dancer so that helps too. And I'm skinny. So don't worry about it. Set a bed-time for yourself, latest to be 9:30pm. Be active and go bike-riding or running. Don't worry about your eyebrows. Try some makeup, maybe a BIT of light eyeshadow and sheer lipgloss. I hope you feel better about yourself. well first of all i am 12 so i have the same problem i alwase think i look ugly so i changed some things that you should think about doing first of all work on your hair if it is curly get a straitener and straiten your hair then get you eyebrows waxed make sure that your first time you get them waxed go shopping and pick out some new clothes that are in style dont get the same thing everyone else wears but get some cool unique individual clothes maybe look through some teen magazenes then wear a little makeup to school wear light eyeshadow a little maskara and some lip gloss no eyeliner and if you want to cover your face use a little conceler and bronzer no blush or people think your trying too hard well i hope this helps you and if you need anymore help from me my email is funnyjojo94@yahoo.com

PS i dont think you should worry about your weight since your doing gymnastics maybe try some situps sometimes but it is not very important to worry about the situps just do some when you have a little extra time

Fix your eyebrows: Tweeze them into shape, fallow the arch jus get rid of over grow, dont over do it that is tacky. After your donew tweezing trim them: Come your brow hairs srait up and just trim the over grow above the brow. use gel to hold it in place if you have to. then to tame your brows from sticking out by using gel or vasiline, cover girl also has a great clear mascara gell for that sorta thing, i sed it at your age. Stop going to bed late or start taking naps, i get rid or eye cirles and red ness with visine and pepperation h.
Do some sit ups babe. hope this helps

If you're insecure about your weight, don't go on a diet, but try not to eat a lot of junk food and try to run daily. If you think you have a lot of pudge, do some sit ups. Even if you're starting gymnastics soon, start excercising now. But don't worry; I have friends that are a little over wieght and they are very "pretty and nice."

You're 11... you're going to go through LOTS of changes so I wouldn't worry about things so much. Sounds like you have a distorted image of yourself. Honestly, there's no makeup tips that I could even suggest because I don't think an 11 yr old needs to be wearing makeup! There's nothing wrong with you I'm sure. Gymnastics sounds like a fun idea though. It's a good idea to be active no matter who you are. But you don't need to be thinking about dieting, that's for sure. I know it can be hard but try not to compare yourself to others so much and try to focus on the things about you that you DO like. Everyone has things about them they are unhappy about. I bet even the girls you think are so "perfect" have something they dislike about themselves. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Well, get some sleep first of all, it's not healthy for you to go to bed late. Get youre eyebrows done again, exersize, and puberty at 11? wow, that's...wow.. Being skinny, just shows that the girl thinks she's better and likes to flaunt. It's nothing to envy, hun.

if you like your eyes,
thats good.
when i was 11,i thought i needed to wear makeup.
but tell me,
how many 10 & 11 year old girls do you know who wear tons of makeup and wax/pluck their eyebrows?
i wasnt allowed to until i was 14.
and now im glad because i wouldve looked like a tramp =]
if your worried about yor stoache,
just limit the sweets and excersize a little.
dont worry so much.
your still young.
and im only 15.
not that old

you need to get enough sleep and to cover them in the meantime use loreal true match concealor. get your eyebrows waxed at a salon. well a lot of 11 year olds have stomach fat but the best way to loose is exercise and stop eating junk food.

well... i do have a fat stomach too...
and i dun quite get bothered by it. when pple stares at you, just ignore them! or maybe you can afford to stare back FIERCELY so they do not stare at you again.
or maybe you can try to do some kinda sit ups or abdomen crunches every day to slim down on your tummy abit..
it wun be of any use if you continue eating unhealthily..
jus bear in mind. the is a swan in every duckling(:
