The best way to release is to talk to someone it doesn't have to be a counsellor just someone who cares and is willing to listen. The worst thing you can do is bottle everything up. it is unhealthy and can be hurtful for the people around you

that was me and still me sometimes. It got so bad that I had to see a therapist. She suggested that I either, read, wrote about what I was feeling everyday, play games, work out, or just talk to someone i trusted. I also suggest hun that you eliminate the thing thats stressing you. Also, try this, when you are somewhere alone and sucluded. SCREAM your head off and then punch, hit kick or even throw things like a can, pillow, bottle or whatever, until you get it all out. I also get into a hot shower and just cry until I couldn't cry anymore. I also do this too. I pray. Prayer to me is the best remedy ever. That and listening to music (gospel). There are so many things, but the most important is taking time out for you and getting rid of the stress. Let it go and walk away. Whooosa if u have to. Baby let it go.

Get a journal and write sumtimes u have 2 get it all out and it's not always easy to talk 2 sum 1 about all ur probs. but u could talk 2 sum1 that u trust most like ur ma or a close friend. Or u could blast music really loud scream and hit sumthing like a pillow to release all ur fustration believe me it works or u could go 2 a friends house to get away from home sumtimes that helps, too. Lock your door, make sure nobody can here you, and look in a mirror. Talk to yourself and tell everything. It feels great, trust me I know. Be positively sure that nobody can hear you, because they might tease you about talking to yourself. If you don't like that idea, write it down, everything, and then throw it away and make sure nobody finds you.

get a journal, make a faceless internet friend to vent your frustrations to since they are not in your life it's easier to honestly let it all out,go to a counsler - talk to one of your friends
