Sounds like a personal problem. Can't follow the puck, don't understand the game, jealous you can't afford to play? Stick with the world favorite soccer or b-ball. More your speed.

If you can't think of a more boring sport than hockey, you need to get out more. There is constant action and it is the most intense sport that there is. Hockey is more exciting than all three major sports:
Football - pretty exciting but there are individual plays with time between them instead of the almost non-stop action in hockey
Baseball - extremely boring, no one is ever moving they're always waiting I quit after one season
Basketball - close but one basket counts very little which i think takes away from the excitement and there's less physical play than hockey
Hockey is the most exciting sport. I can't think of anything even close to it except maybe lacrosse. Soccer is too slow with only short bursts of intensity and little physical play.

what is your reasoning for saying hockey..."NOT ICE HOCKEY" is boring. it's the fastest game on two feet. however i will say that watching two teams who play the trap is very boring , but in general, hockey is a very enjoyable sport to watch. SOCCER...now there is a boring sport.

I like going to professional hockey games, and think their great!
Not boring at all, some on television are though. I guess you have to be there. BUT, boring sports... how about watching bowling or golf on television zzzzzzz

HELL NO!!!! It is the most exciting. THere is not a better sport to watch live than Ice Hockey.
