The balanced equation is Ca(OH)2(aq) + 2(HCl)(aq) --> CaCl2(s, I think) + 2(H2O). The net ionic equation is Ca2+ + 2Cl- + 2H+ + 2OH- --> CaCl2 + 2H2O. So the true statements are: a and b.
