They are all really bad. But the Raiders actually have a better defense then the rest of the teams you listed.

well basing on this season's records i have to say the Texans even though they all suck. Texans at least show some kind of effort in the game even though they don't ever win

Texan's, there's some skill there. You just don't see it that often. And, when they have Dominick Davis back next year, watch out. They could go 8-8..... Scary.
