guild wars help?

i have the original guild wars. not factions nor nightfall. i need to get armor for my dude but everytime i go to someone, their inventory pops up and select what i want. then i click on craft. every time i click on craft, nothing happens. help?

Do you have the necessary amount and type of materials? Check and make sure you do.

check if you have enought money and the right materials
