Nothin lol if not that then I'd say Matter
Actually I think it is made up of something like 10% Dark Matter like 5% of some other thing and 85% Dark Energy

protons - in the early universe there was mostly pure energy, as the universe cooled protons condensed out. The most abundant element in the universe is hydrogen, which is a proton (usually combined with an electron).
