Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet but not the son of God. They are not Christians.
Christmas means the mass of Christ or believers in Christ.

Well...my husband does and he's muslim. But from what I understand, most do not. We celebrate it in a non-christian way, because my parents are athiest and i'm a pagan. But i would have say generally they don't celebrate it spiritually but maybe celebrate it with family and friends like my family does. My husband used to live in Turkey and he never heard much about christmas there, so i guess generally muslims as a whole dont but there are some muslims that have interfaith families, like my husband's. Or they like the feel of happiness of being with family and friends :-)

That is a question I would ask my sister, if she was still alive. She was murdered along with her children by her common-law husband (who was a Muslim) just before Christmas. Turned out he was not much into celebrating.

They don't observe it as a religious holiday.
I think lots of people "celebrate" Christmas, its spirit, its focus on generosity, family and peace.

Though Muslims do not celebrate Chrismas but they respect Jesus Christ as much as Christians do.

i don't think so .they dont beleive in our lord and savior jesus christ .they put their faith in a false prophet, who was in reality a murder and child molester
