I;m thinking mor general help not suicide help. Don't worry I'm not suicidal :)

I don't know of any that would give you any more help than refer you to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist so you could see them in person. Psychological and Mental Health problems are difficult to treat and diagnose without speaking to someone in person. You wouldn't expect a mechanic to fix your car if you didn't bring it to his shop, would you?
