No offense, really.. To anyone who might be offended on howi i posed my question, Im sorry, let me explain

Marriage, in its logical sense, is a legal arraingement. It has NOTHING to do with religion or Sanctity as G-dubb might say

To A christian like George Bush, How is two gay people getting married any different than two muslims getting married? both arent valid according to the christian religion. But this is America and there is something that seems to be rarely used called the separation of church and state. Its Discrimination in my opinion.

The only other reason i can think of for anyone to oppose gays is homophobia.. and thats so Ignorant!!!!!!!! Homosexuality is part of our DNA. God Forbid 1 in 10 of your kids kids are gonna be gay! Why else would the ratio be around 1 in 10.. If it were a "Disease" the ratio would be much lower.Compair it to real mental problems.. they are around 1 in 150..

Also, the homosexuals really answer the conundrum of adoption.. Think about it. If these people could adopt kids and be ACCEPTED IN SOCIETY!!! many more would likely do it and many of these kids would have homes. It kind of adds up. In a perfect world, the dumb two people that got pregnant because they didnt use a condom and didnt want the baby could put their kid up for adoption and the gays and lesbians would gladly take itt. If there werent such a negative steriotype you know that more men and women couples would adopt and have fully functional families..

its all about survival tactics. Men CAN easily perform the rolls of women AND vice versa. Its all ignorance., There was a time when men thought a womens place was in the home. That has been obviously proven wrong. Really. I fully beleive when the federal government approves gay marriage in ALL states, we will see. Men and women are different, but we're the same when it comes to survival

Gays really do answer the adoption problem.. Think about it, there are quite a few homosexual couples that you dont see. While some of them adopt many likely feel discrimination and feel that adopting a child would put the kid in a bad place, since society has such a negative vibe on gay couples having kids. Not to mention legal issues. But Lets get real, Two loving parents of ANY sex are better than any orphanage, weve all heard the stories.. Every Child deserves a real home, K??

If it's religious, why do you need to buy a license? Because without the secular approval and registration your marriage is meaningless to anyone but yourself.

Breeding is not a requirement, neither is fertility. Post menopausal women as well as men that have had testicular cancer are both eligible to marry if they wish. There is no other legal contracts that are restricted on the basis of gender. That is discrimination, pure and simple.

The world ending/dying out because of "gays" marrying? Yeah, right. Denmark hasn't crashed to it's knees and they've had Civil Unions since 1989. The population of the world is 6 billion and increasing...how long do you really think the earth can sustain that rate of overpopulation?

Against your religion? So don't have a same-sex marriage. You have as much right to forbid non-believers from doing that as a Muslim has of forbidding you to eat a pork chop. Get over yourself.

portraying gays as a normal sexual option is one of the greatest falsehoods ever to be actively propagated .in this way , gayness encourages other types of deviance :

what would it take to convince you that really , its not such a big deal that a pathology (homophobia) must be named and designated as a cause for revulsion from your way of life ,that really i only feel sorry that
1 you are convinced your lifestyle is a natural variant of sexuality
2 cannot appreciate what god gave to all men, the role of NATURALLY creating a family, provide for them, build their society, and the content that comes from all that .
3 have to go through obviously disgusting practices as the only way for sexual gratification

I completely agree. The race will not die out with it being only one in ten. If anything, it would help reduce the darastic overpopulation on this poor planet and give many children a home. Also, I think the divorce rate would lower since people would be marrying who they loved, instead of who society expects them too.

Gay people who want to marry are being wierd since marriage is a religious institution designed to make families strong enough to care for children. It's nothing to do with gay people. When gay people want to marry, they're just acting out much like gay men who wear women's clothes, or lurk in ladie's washrooms. When you say that homosexuality is part of our DNA, you're guessing because this has never been proven. The best guess is that homosexuality is merely preferred behaviour; people are gay because they like being gay.
