Hey guys! It has been said that Beethoven was deaf so therefore he cannot hear music. But how did he end up in making very nice pieces considering that he cannot even hear it.

He became deaf in later life, so he knew what music sounded like. the music was still in head after he became deaf./

Ever close your eyes and picture a sunset? Just as you can visualize something with your eyes closed, you can hear how things would be by thinking about it. A great example of that would be having a song stuck in your head... it runs over and over, even if you don't hear it in actuality or sing it.
