I want to try to add in a "royal decree", 3 "stamping destruction", 2 "emergency provisions", 2 "enemy controllers" and maybe a "lightning vortex" for the main deck.
please tell what you think I should add/take out, any and all help is appreciated.

lightning vortex is a must have in any deck, forget the side deck, I havent cheked ur side deck but u need a magician of faith, sagnag, exiled force, penguin soldier. Remove torrential tribute, how r u gonna make blueeyes Ud if u dont have 3 blueeys, remove gracefull its not that helpfull, u cant play king dragun x1

remove threatening roar and add 3 sakuretsu armors
everything else is just great, way 2 go, I wish to duel u sometime with my spellcaster deck

ok i tell u cyber dragon is not a dragon it is a robot type so is not consider a dragon but u can add if u dun wan 100% dragon cards in it bcos i also have a dragon deck and i also add sum other crd that it is not dragon.U dun have blue eyes? if u got add it or if u got red eyes add it.

I wouldn't. End it there. Or preferably stop altogether. ONly you can prevent Yu_Gi-Oh outbreaks.
