IMO about 99%.
There are some immigrants from asia and africa, but SFAIK they are not for the most part permanent residents. I am not aware of any official statistic on this matter- especially that SFAIK in Polish law even asking such a question would be illegal (always makes us wonder about the "state your race" question on US immigration documents)

In the Winter Poland is totally white with snow.

100% white after a huge blizzard, but most of the time the percentage is much lower.

According to World facts on https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/pl.html 97.8 percent of people are white.
