Im thinking about buying a bodykit in the future and id like to lower my truck to enhance the "show look". is it a matter of a few items to lower it?

Really easy, just replace the springs with shorter ones.

You can cut the springs (shorten them) to lower it too, but that is not really the best way to do it.

IT also depends on how low you want it to go too. Flipping the axle may be involved if you want to go real low. Not a lot of work but not too bad.

Best bet is to get a lowering kit and install it.

I can lower that truck 4 inches in less than 5 mins!!! just lemme find my ice pick. Use drop spindles in the front and lowering blocks in the rear. Yeah you COULD just put shorter springs up front but then your rides gonna SUCK!

frist thing that comes to mind is are u goine to show the truck or will it be a daly driver? if it will be a dayly driver i whoud not spend the $$ if the truck will be a street truck

front spindles and lowering blocks for the rear.... do not cut springs or heat springs, you wont like it at all
