Black is better.I prefer brown for a softer look.

It depends. White eyeliner on in the inside and outside corners of your bottom lash makes your eyes bigger. Black eyeliner makes your eye smaller and it makes it look more almond shape. Brown eyeliner is like black eyeliner but its more natural looking.

I say black. And based on your avatar, you're dark complected. You could do white though. Black for sexy, white for funky. But I personally like black. Hey, you could just wear a random color! They have eyeliner in every color. I bet blue would look good. And Silver.

Black, white eyeliner is only used on the inside to make your eyes look bigger.

White eyeliner is super-tacky! It looks really cheap! Definitely go for a black or dark brown liner- it's natural and draws attention to your EYES, not your EYE MAKEUP!

White or light silver in the inside bottom corners of your eyes, and a thin line of black all the way around.

black eyeliner defines the eye so they stand out from the rest of your face. White liner brightens the eye area so it makes your eyes look bigger

If you wear the white liner right it looks nice.....it make your eyes pop.....Tyra Banks had a segment of her show on white liner....in her 5 minute beauty routine..I use black eyeliner I have played with the white one yet, but can't wait.

I would have to say black because it goes with anything that you are wearing and as for the white if you really what to stand out I would say use it but not too much...:)

Black or something dark looks hot. Pinkish-silver looks pretty hot as well but if you're looking for a dramatic and edgy look, go for Black. The Pinkish-silver is when you're looking for more of a soft look. â¥

i always go with black. i think white makes it look like your a performer of some kind. black can widen your eyes, make them stand out, reshape them, etc. SO MANY BENEFITS! lol dark brown eyeliners are beautiful too!
