If they tell you that and they don't call,then it's a line meaning she's not interested in you at all.

Honestly - from a woman's perspective- we only tell guys "lets be friends" when we aren't interested in dating them or whatever reason. Once in a great while you will find a girl that will tell u "let's be friends" when she really means "lets be bed buddies." In that case, you're only getting a call when she wants to hit the sheets.
Either way, it's not a good thing to hear.

Call first and if they don't return your call then they aren't your friend.Don't think all woman are the same just because of a few,.
