Much of the British Commonwealth describe themselves as a constitutional monarchy. Sooo... Canada, GB, etc.

The most famous monarchy is in the U.K. Monarchy refers specifically to a country run by Monarchs..a King and/or a Queen. It doesn't necessarily qualify as their entire govenment though, they do have a House of Commons and a Prime Minister too.

Monarchy, UK, Japan , Demark, Sweden, Norway, but the royality is a figurehead there. The real action is the PM, or the polticans in the poticals that do the real work for the citizens.
