My friend told me its supposed to be certain nerves on the soles of our feet connect to certain organs in our body, and if rubbed its supposed to be healthy. Seems to me like a way for people who have a foot fetish to get their fingers on some poor dude's bare feet and drive him into seizures. One of my girlfriends is into it, and I can't take somebody touching my feet, so she got two of my friends to hold me in a chair while she did it. I think it lasted about 15 minutes, but to me it was two hours. I was laughing so hard the guys finally saw the stain on the front of my pants and let me up. Whats up with it? The organ connected to my feet is my brain, and it makes me laugh until I throw up or wet myself.

I am a certified reflexologist. Properly done, reflexology does not hurt or tickle. I did a session on a friend who is very ticklish and hates having her feet touched and she loved it and was not tickled at all.
What happened to you was unfortunate and has nothing to do with reflexology. But it is always free choice, and if you aren't interested in having it done, just don't ever get it done. But if you change your mind, go to someone like me who has had extensive training.

G'day,
well I have given both the needle and this a go, I didn't get anything out of the session. However I do belive that point on the body do relate to other in a way... So I think that the basis of this is correct, bu the actual getting you on a table and running hands over you is BS... so noth other answers have points.

No it is not real...It is all b.s....If your don't believe me then look it up...You were just ticklish with your feet...My son starts laughing if I just act like I'm going to touch his stomach.He's 18 too...
