1. I write it down somewhere. (my pocket planner)
2. I check it as often as necessary. (before I leave in the morning, when I get home, and before I go to bed)
3. I spend less time spazzing about it and more time doing it. (I get overwhelmed if I think about it but if I just do it, it gets done)

Keep a calendar in your kitchen and also one in your purse. Actually I also have one at work too. Look at it everyday to see what is coming up. Don't wait til the last minute to get that gift or to get the outfit for that company party coming up. That poster board your child has to have for school, etc. Do things in advance so you don't feel overwhelmed at the last minute. I promise it makes life alot easier.

I have a chronological filing system & a chart telling me what things need to be paid (so even if I don't get a bill, I know that I should have).
