No, because the Laptop cards use a different format to a PC card.
The output is dependant on the quality and amount of memory on the card.
Neither are really interchangeable.
Laptops were never really designed for high end graphics work.

probably not, depends but still probably not as for example i have ATI mobility radeon 9600 and thats probably a laptop graphics card (hence the work Mobility) so the anwer to your question is probably no!
