it's an older nickelodeon show with kids around a campfire telling scary stories.i would love to see it back on the air but have no idea how to contact nick. there is no contact info on the web sites. any ideas? has anyone seen it on tape/dvd? any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.

OMG!! I loved that show!! I just remembered the name. My brothers and I used to watch EVERY new episode. I'd also like to have that back on air. They had tapes/recordings of the shows early on in the 90's (read below from TV.com)
In the early 90s, there were a few Are You Afraid of the Dark? products released, however everything is now well out of print.

There was a cassette tape of stories, 3 VHS tapes of selected episodes (and bonus materials), 2 VHS tapes of whole SNICK blocks (including an episode of the show), a board game, a computer game, and numerous books based on the series.

I used to love that show!! I wish it were still on also. I would think to contact Nickelodeon that you would just go to there website and email them, there must be someplace to contact them usually its in small print at the bottom. I've never seen it on tv on dvd or anything. Maybe we should get lots of people to write to them.

I remember it when I was younger. It used to scare me so much. I would look at youtube.com, or to go on nick.com for any contact info. If you can't find any, i don't know what else to do.
Actually go to this website and you can order some DVD's from the show.

oh, i loved that show!!! i really wish it were still on. youtube may have something but i can't guarantee it. it's a shame they canceled it, they could at least show the reruns once in a while!

they are still playing that eposode on nick so if you watch that chanel then you should be able to watch and then you may want to tape it
